Warranty Information

At Canadian Racks, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on all of our custom bakery racks, carts, tables, and other products.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this time, if you encounter any issues with the quality or performance of your Canadian Racks product, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or mishandling of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from:

• Failure to follow assembly instructions or guidelines
• Misuse or abuse of the product
• Accidents or incidents not related to manufacturing defects

Additionally, our warranty does not cover fasteners and accessories such as bolts, nuts, screws, and brackets. These items are considered consumable and may need to be replaced over time due to normal wear and tear.

Claims Process:

If you believe your Canadian Racks product is covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it in a timely manner.

Limitations:

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not cover products that have been modified or altered in any way without prior authorization from Canadian Racks.
